Proposal Summary

Curve is the defacto home for stablecoins and is the best place for us to easily swap stablecoin such as USDC, USDT, DAI for ARTH in an efficient way possible.

To grow our presence in the Curve ecosystem we should start building liquidity with a MAHA gauge for the ARTH/3pool pool.
